Questions about billing //

Do you do discounts or pre-payment treatment plans?

No, our office is primarily a cash practice and we do not offer discounts or extended treatment package plans.  Treatments are paid for at the time of service.​​

What billing or insurance information will I receive?

If you need a superbill to submit to your insurance, we will happily provide that for you.

How does Medicare work in your office?

We collect payment for the visit from the patient.  We do submit a claim to Medicare on the patient's behalf.  Medicare only reimburses certain cases, and that payment is sent directly to the patient.



What do I do if I was in an auto accident?

​We will work with you and your insurance company to get your claim paid and your health restored!  Please let us know when you call that this will be a new auto accident case (even if you're an existing patient).

How does Workman's Compensation work in your office?

We do accept Workman's Compensation cases on a limited basis, but we are not a WC Level 1 practice.  Please call ahead with specific questions.
